Australian freelancer Unashamedly Creative’s hours over December 2017 and January 2018

This Australian freelancer is getting ready to soak up the sun. It’s that time again where Australian summer beckons and calls for my full attention. As a new home owner, I’ll also be digging into some much-needed home renovation tasks. Oh, and we have a new doggy in the family, so we’ll be spending time getting to know him well.

That means I won’t be online for a few weeks and am stripping back my availability for December and January.

As of 27th November, I am at 90% capacity anyway. If you want to hire me for copywriting, marketing or anything content marketing related, enquire now or miss out.

Business coaching services are closed now until February 1st. I will be taking new coaching clients from then onwards.

To all my current clients, your work has been booked in and I will email you separately with any changes to dates that may influence how we work together over December and January.

To any new clients, I will be on leave from 22nd December 2017 through until January 15th, 2018.

Thank you for all your support in 2017

As an Australian freelancer, I’ve worked on some truly amazing campaigns, websites, social media accounts and more. I’ve written about health and disability, innovation and pet care, web design and business trends, art as therapy campaigns and a whole lot more.

By my 8th year (which 2018 will be), I was expecting to be in a different space. I still relish the work and am having a great time writing, playing with and marketing your ideas. It’s truly humbling to be a part of so many great projects.

Things that are changing in 2018

I will continue to offer content marketing services. I am also planning to continue with copywriting, social media and marketing strategy.

Having passed my Lifeline accreditation in crisis support as well as my stage 3 in end of life care, I aim to help more business owners cope with stress, gain invaluable coaching and disaster proof their business. I will also be continuing with advocacy for freelancing and highlighting that stress has a productivity cost.

Part of that means increasing my offerings in education, writing and basic assistance beyond what the usual Australian freelancer in content might. Watch this space for details and changes as they unfold.

More about that will be posted in the new year.

In the meantime, if you feel like getting in touch, please do so!

If I don’t hear from you beforehand, have a safe and rewarding end of year. Take care of yourself in the heat and busy period and I shall see you again in 2018
