I love ideas.

To me, an idea is a little bit of hope wrapped up in the practicalities of life.

It’s this weird, ambitious nagging that we have going on in the back of our brains that wants us to try something new, take a risk, and see if something we’re curious about can land.

Taking ideas from that moment of excited, lemonade in the veins feeling to something that can stand alone and become a project, a business, and part of our careers excites me.

And that’s the reason I offer the Strategic Spark Sessions.

I want to be there when the cool and curious thing you’re dreaming of is invented.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people who have had ideas they wanted to bring to life. Businesses, career changes, creative projects, community initiatives, startups, social enterprises and more. I get to work with people who are looking for a better way of doing things.

The thing I’ve noticed?

Most people don’t need someone to tell them their idea is good or bad.

They need space to think and freedom from the doubting voices inside and outside their head. They need accountability. And a cheerleader who can do deep thinking.

Together, we’ll look at where you are, where you want to go and what needs to happen to get there.

The deep dive

I’ll spend time looking at your idea, researching possibilities and pulling together a strategic assessment planning document based on your focus.

This includes:

• ideas for moving forward
• practical recommendations

Please note: this isn’t some cookie cutter three-page AI regurgitation. This isn’t about fitting your business into my template. This is about digging into your idea, grounding it with support, and handing it back to you to activate.

We’ll then have a 90-minute session to talk through the document, ideas, ask questions and work out what happens next.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a customised plan you can use.
